The Clean Plates Approach is a Virtual Coaching Program in which Jared Koch & Beth Lipton walk you through the process of discovering a sustainable and individualized way of eating and living, so that you can live a life of optimal health and avoid the sacrifice, confusion and overwhelm of trying to navigate the “one size fits all” popular dietary approaches. 
How long is the program?
60 days or less is the average, but ultimately you're in the driver’s seat. It depends on you and how fast you want to go! The content is delivered in the format of weekly lessons (8). 

The time commitment will vary weekly. We suggest prioritizing around 1 hour each week for the weekly video lessons and 30 minutes to 1 hour each week for reading the materials and implementing the food and lifestyle suggestions.
